Second, we also provide the assisted job search option. For this option, after a phone call to understand your career growth requirements, we directly introduce you to leading mental health companies that care about work-life balance and quality training for associates.

We don't charge any fees or commissions from therapists. Instead, we charge a fee to the employer.

For every employer, we help you negotiate the best competitive market rates. As you work with multiple companies, you could work at different rates based on market demand and your schedule and grow your income accordingly.

Yes. We work with employers that provide clinical supervision. The supervisors file the paperwork for hours towards licensure.

Our employers or we offer health insurance. Since you have a flexible schedule determined by you, we don't provide any PTOs.

We work with forward-looking employers only that care deeply about the work-life balance and training of therapists. However, we also use best practices for all our processes to make it simple and fair for therapists to grow their careers.

Employers have a training and onboarding program to orient you to client etiquette, scheduling, EHRs, and note-taking systems.
